A guest profile, the history of visits, and which spa location is allowed to see that guest.

Reception

The front desk connects the guest to the visit. This is in-spa reception, not a public booking site.

Consultation and treatment

Consultation, the course of treatment, and the notes that belong to that visit.

Service catalog

The services, packages, and prepaid cards the spa sells, including the setup those cards need.

Records and payments

The record of what was delivered — service, product, card, or package — plus offers, vouchers, and payment.

Inventory

Goods received and used by the spa. Receipt handling is still being aligned with daily work.

Staff and commission

Staff records, where they work, and commission taken from a consultation.

Customer care

Follow-up after the visit. The care workflow is still being finished.
